This document contains a curated set of cognitive recalibration tasks approved for civilian use. Inspired by SCP Foundation containment practices, each task is designed to enhance executive function, working memory, emotional regulation, attention control, and sensory-motor integration in field-like conditions.

Intended Use:

Activate one task per cycle (daily/weekly). Repeat until behavioral compliance improves or anomalies stabilize. Tasks may be spoken aloud, performed physically, or adapted for solo/partner use. No containment breach risk observed at this volume.
